It took a while for my vehicle to finally arrive at the dealership, Arina kept in touch and followed up with me for nearly a whole year. And, when the vehicle finally arrived, it was the easiest car buying experience ever, we signed the documents online and the vehicle was delivered to our house. Longo is the only dealer in Los Angeles that offers new vehicles at MSRP. I was lucky enough to get on the waitlist for this RAV4 Prime before they had to close it off. Arina was extremely helpful and comm vehicles at MSRP. I was lucky enough to get on the waitlist for this RAV4 Prime before they had to close it off. Arina was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process of this car being delivered. It came in September after being added to the waitlist last December. Everything ran so smoothly throughout the entire process. But the best part of the experience was the integrity of the business. NO dealer markup!!! We have been looking for a new Highlander Hybrid for a while. Other dealerships were charging from $3,000 to $15,000 over MSRP. Longo Toyota is the only dealership in the area that does not take advantage of the difficult situation today. While we did have to wait several months for a car, Arina updated us frequently, and patiently answered all of our questions. When our car came in, she made sure that everything was in order before we arrived to pick it up. Even had a bow on the hood for our photos. She helped us set everything up before we left!
