WORST Cadillac dealership in the state of New York! Dealership staff physically damaged my $110k 2019 CTS-V MULTIPLE times and the dealership verbally promised to fix the damages BUT NEVER ACTUALLY FIX Dealership staff physically damaged my $110k 2019 CTS-V MULTIPLE times and the dealership verbally promised to fix the damages BUT NEVER ACTUALLY FIXED THE CAR! I sent countless emails to be just put on the back burner, forgot about and nothing but crickets. The management staff is a JOKE "ANTONIO / CHARLIE / JOE MISTRETTA" are careless and don't care about the customers who keep the dealership open! All they want to do is take your money and leave you high and dry! Hands down the worst dealership and customer service from the staff in management! If you want to get a CADILLAC, any other dealership would be 1000x's better than this one for sure without a doubt! This is my second car with them and countless repairs / services! You have been warned, you're welcome! More

As a top selling dealer, they have the ability to get the best optioned and limited production vehicles that other dealers cannot. I would summarize my review by saying communication and follow through is terrible at this dealership from the Owner right on down. Ordered an XT4 waited the 3 months then received a call the car was in. I follow through is terrible at this dealership from the Owner right on down. Ordered an XT4 waited the 3 months then received a call the car was in. I had to go in 3 times in order to meet with the Finance guy. On the 2nd visit i was asked to wait while he finished up a meeting in his office. After an hour, i was told he couldn't meet with me. I had had a friend from Westchester take the day off pick me up and drive me to the dealership with the thought that I would be driving my new car home. A few days later, about a week after the car came in, I went to pick it up. There was damage to the dashboard and what looked liked orange glue on the side view mirror. I am shocked that car was there for a week and no one thought to inspect it for problems?? I was expecting the dealership to act with some urgency in getting these problems addressed. I waited 3 months for the car and would expect it would be a priority for them to help me take it home. Two and a half days without contact on what was to be done I called the GM/Owner to voice my concern. He assured me he would call back the next day at 12 noon. I got a call from the Service Director himself at 430pm on a Fri afternoon. He asked me to bring the car in so he could see the damage and formulate a plan. So now another trip back to the dealership in order to get something done. They fixed the side view mirror problem on site and ordered a replacement part for the dashboard. I emailed the GM/Owner again to discuss my dissatisfaction with these events and he NEVER got back to me. I dont even want to mention that when I brought the car back in for the replacement ,that part was cosmetically damaged as well. So now more waiting along with another trip back to the dealership about 35 min from where I live. More
