Great Experience Went looking at different Dealerships for a specific used truck ( Ram 1500 Diesel) to purchase. Stopped by Langley Chrysler and met Sam, He showed Went looking at different Dealerships for a specific used truck ( Ram 1500 Diesel) to purchase. Stopped by Langley Chrysler and met Sam, He showed me the different ones on the lot and explained and answered the different attributes of each. Once I had the information, I said " I am going to think about it tonight , on which suits me best and speak with you tomorrow" He never put up a fuss about getting a deal done that day" other dealerships were quite the opposite. That sold me on dealing with Langley Chrysler. Next day I went in to purchased the one I wanted, speaking with Sam and then Anthony. The negotiations on price with Anthony went extremely well with no emotional tactics used, just business points of views. We settled on a price, that made me feel was a fair price. I was then transferred to Janine for the payment options I could do, not ever pushing one or the other. All the people I dealt with made the buying experience of a vehicle enjoyable. The Best Automotive Experience Ever I have, over the years, bought many vehicles. New and used. I have never had an experience like this before at a dealership. I always felt like the wh I have, over the years, bought many vehicles. New and used. I have never had an experience like this before at a dealership. I always felt like the whole thing was about me. I never felt any pressure to buy something I didn't want or feel like I was being pushed into something that I didn't need. All of the staff there seem to have the attitude that it is about the customer, not about targets or sales goals. What has been, in the past, a challenging experience for me, with salesmen trying to push me into what they wanted to unload and upselling me with relentless pressure into stuff I didn't want or need, has turned into the best automotive experience, EVER!!! Thank you all. I got what I wanted, without pressure, and without all the BS I have had in the past. 2nd Vehicle in a Week!!! After being majorly disapointed with Maple Ridge Chrysler and Willowbrook Chrysler we proceeded our vehicle hunting adventure to Langley Chrysler we p After being majorly disapointed with Maple Ridge Chrysler and Willowbrook Chrysler we proceeded our vehicle hunting adventure to Langley Chrysler we purchased a ram 1500 thru them Thursday the 8th and we had ordered in a selection of jeeps thru langley chrysler to browse until we found exactly what we were looking for.We had them bring in 5 Seperate jeeps with no hastle at all and we were thrilled with the end outcome of our jeep we ended up buying two vehicles in a week at amazing prices and were extremely satisfied with all the customer service and help we recieved from there really knowledgeable staff. Codey was a great guy and really knowledgeable guy and there management team of Anthony and Mike were really awesome and friendly guys to deal with! A+++ Best chrysler dealership around! More
