They used the wrong engine oil for my old Camry! My Camry can only use 10w30 or 5w30 engine oils. If you ask "Can I use 0w20 to replace 10w30 or 5w30 engine oil?" The Google AI will answer you "No. You cannot use 0W-20 instead of 5W-30 because it's a thinner oil, and using a lower viscosity than what's recommended by your vehicle's manufacturer can lead to increased engine wear and potential engine damage, especially in severe driving conditions or with older engines." As an established Toyota Dealer, this kind of mistake is unacceptable! So I do not recommend anybody to this dealership for service! More

My Camry's last engine oil change was done last year (Dec. 12, 2024). The technician installed the oil filter unnecessary tight! Too tight to remove it with a regular tool. I could not do it yesterday a (Dec. 12, 2024). The technician installed the oil filter unnecessary tight! Too tight to remove it with a regular tool. I could not do it yesterday after oil drained already. I have to refill the old oil back to the car and to purchased 2 more special tools. With lots of troubles today (1 special tool still not work) and have to dissemble one of the under body cover sheet and with all my best possible force to barely remove it. Thanks God! Hope the technician in Whitby Toyota can do a better job!. The advisor was good but the oil filter installation was too bad. In term of the troubles it gave me to remove the oil filter I should give it a 0 star! More
