I called at 615 stating that I would arrive by 7pm to pick up my vehicle, ans I was having difficulties finding an Uber, and the manager assured me the cashier would wait for me. However when I arrived pick up my vehicle, ans I was having difficulties finding an Uber, and the manager assured me the cashier would wait for me. However when I arrived the building was lights out and closed. The woman upstairs (Katherine) was walking out and had to help me. Needless to say my time was wasted for 45 minutes as she called her manager and got a text response “heading southbound. not my problem” Thanks to Katherine. More
