I was only given 1 key fob. went to your WEB site and made a chat query. I was pointed to MOPAR.com to order the part. I did this and the part was somehow sent to a dealer in Minneapolis. Needless to say, when I showed up for the appointment to program, your parts folks did not have it. I currently can't seem to get the dealer in up north to send the part to you. I hope you can help More

I don’t think it’s fair to be treated that way regardless I’m a long term customer or not, my case shouldn’t be addressed so poorly more consideration should be given, I’m so embarrassed I have been mocked by my friends whom I advised to consider this dealership for his next purchase.
