Took truck in to have passenger side door gasket fixed as it was hanging off. I have had re occurring issues with fog lights becoming loose in their sockets, making them unpleasant to use at night on a bump it was hanging off. I have had re occurring issues with fog lights becoming loose in their sockets, making them unpleasant to use at night on a bumpy road. They took the light out and bent something to tighten it. I was charged $58.58 for this. The truck has 23,000 miles on it, I would have thought this was covered under the warranty? I warranties are no good anymore... the service associate was very nice, but the situation should have been handled differently. More

Staff awesome (Angel) it take 1 hour and 40 mins for an oil change with an appt. they were super busy. The reason for 4 stars is someone got Old oil/grease on side of the driver seat and the thresh hold go oil change with an appt. they were super busy. Service Dept staff worked as great team to get me in and out efficiently. I dropped my car off so I could go to work.
