I Had a bad experience at Toyota years ago where a service advisor had more work done on my vehicle that I never ok’d to be done (shady) long story short I haven’t been back for years after that until a while ago, besides this recent visit. Feeling every one deserves a second chance Toyota slowly gained back some of my trust with that first visit.. but yesterday’s visit really put most of my trust back into you guys..
