My vehicle was towed in for a no start condition. The technician did a complete diagnostic test of my vehicle and only put a FUSE and a start on my car. I spent $1802 for a new starter and the vehicl The technician did a complete diagnostic test of my vehicle and only put a FUSE and a start on my car. I spent $1802 for a new starter and the vehicle would not start 28 hours after picking it up. Being I was traveling the vehicle broke down again once I was close to home about 600 miles away from this dealership. My vehicle was towed to another dealership and was diagnosed with a hydro lock situation and it burned up the brand new starter I paid $1802 for. The dealership will not warranty the starter until they install a new engine as recommended. I can’t afford the $13,000 engine they recommended and I have spent $1802 of a bad diagnosis of my vehicle. More

There is definitely room for improvement in communication. Although we provided a contact phone number when dropping off the vehicle, all updates were sent only via text, and it was extremely d communication. Additionally, when we picked up the vehicle, it had not been washed or detailed, and we were not given any instructions on where to find it in the lot. Clearer communication and attention to these details would greatly improve the overall service experience. More
