Was quoted the wrong price for transmission service. 300$ difference. Passenger window was supposed to be fixed and it was not. It has been about a month and it still smells every time I drive it. These are the same type of reasons I don’t go to the Wilsonville dealership anymore. Portland and Wilsonville seem to care about the money more than the customer which is very sad. No compensation no apologies. I have another appt on the 9th for my window again. Would like a different advisor this time More

Service was excellent. I had a B Service and two recalls to do. They thought it'd be 4 to 6 hours. My appointment was at 1pm but I arrived early at noon. I went to service my AMG and the service department was very awkward and not very inviting. They didn't have a receptionist so you kind of stand there until someone lifts their head off their desk and ackn very awkward and not very inviting. I didn't hear anything back waited over an hour still no response. I decided to just go back to the dealership. I got awkward service again with the service department. I'm super disappointed especially being a “high-end” dealer. More
