Very helpful and seemed to be honest when answering any questions I had. Andrew was great and patient with me. He never pushed the issue, I felt very much in control of my own decisions , zero pressure whi questions I had. Andrew was great and patient with me. He never pushed the issue, I felt very much in control of my own decisions , zero pressure which only increased confidence in my purchase. He stayed well after the dealership was closed to make sure everything was set for me. The finance guy Carlos was also great. Carlo worked through lunch to make sure I was out of the dealership at a reasonable time , hard work and dedication, also making sure I protected my purchase with the care package. I would definitely keep my business with them moving forward. More

There is almost nothing they could have done to make my experience worse. The dealership was horribly unprepared for us to test drive the specific car we were interested in despite us notifying them that w experience worse. The dealership was horribly unprepared for us to test drive the specific car we were interested in despite us notifying them that we would be coming with several days notice. When we arrived, the car was dirty and had bumper stickers on it, including one with profanity (it said “sucks dick”). We were ready to purchase the car the day we showed up to test drive it, but left after such an underwhelming and disappointing experience. The only reason we returned was because this specific car was difficult to find, but even through what should have been a quick process of sorting out the paperwork, Andrew managed to make our opinion of Executive Kia even worse by making repeated errors in the paperwork all while insulting and belittling us. Thankfully, we were able to work with other people when we came to pick up the car. Chin and Carlos were the only people we interacted with who were professional and helpful. Chin went above and beyond to ensure the customer experience was satisfactory. More

Andrew was easy to work with, he was knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We were able to get the vehicle on the same day with our trade in and had everything set up for us by the time we left the car we were interested in. Pleasant to deal with. Knew many of the features of the vehicle. However, no knowledge of EV Charging, how to charge or where or what app to use. The vehicles way to get yo Knew many of the features of the vehicle. However, no knowledge of EV Charging, how to charge or where or what app to use. The vehicles way to get you to a charger doesn’t work. You have to download other apps and you’re limited to where you can charge non-Tesla. Those things were not explained. Need better training to be able to explain to buyers what to expect if you don’t own a home and if you can’t install a level 2 charger at home. Charging time is way more that was told. More
