Service department is a joke! Took a month to get a Ford Transit transmission repaired under warranty....blamed Ford for most of the delay but it seemed to take a long time to even get to the point that they could send it to Ford? When we finally got it back, strange noises.....we make them aware, schedule an appt, take it in.....a day later they want to keep it over the weekend to do a cold test...it was warm when we brought it in 8 hours before? Ok, Monday, not call, Tuesday, no call or call backs.....6pm, message from advisor...we need 10 hours of shop time to remove the engine to find the problem? we need you to authorize it? but we can't do it now, you'll have to bring it back next week? We take it back the next monday.....no call Monday, no call Tuesday, Wednesday morning....we think its the bearing in the starter motor? really....that doesn't make sense but if you feel it needs to be replaced, go ahead....no call Wed, no call Thursday....late in the day, it's ready.....oops no sorry we didn't do the oil change you asked for....wait a couple hours....we pick it up Thursday evening....still making the noise and we tell the advisor....she assured me she would let Lori know and also how frustrated and unhappy I was! We need the truck for jobs on the weekend and early in the week....the noise continues to get worse...I drive the vehicle Wednesday and ask that my admin calls the dealership about how bad it is.....bring it right in....we take it back first thing Thursday morning....play and forward a video of the noise....Lori assures me she will take to Steve the tech and the Service manager and get it dealt with! No call Thursday, No call Friday, we call late Friday and my admin is told they haven't even put it on the hoist yet? My admin calls Monday midday, not answer, no call back. I call with a pretty ugly message Monday afternoon. Lori calls back, nothing has been done....a truck is on the only hoist that they have that can lift my truck and they don't know when it will be fixed and they have no idea when they can look at let alone fix my truck? I've made appts, been blown off, I've paid diagnostic charges that obviously were not money well spent.....I've paid to have parts replaced that were not the cause of the noise we brought it in for and now after 10 business days of the last month, not only do I not have a vehicle to use in my business....I have not indication on how long it will be or what they are going to do to make it better? A large, long standing Ford dealer like White Oaks should be able to do a much better job providing service and communications to customers and represent the Ford brand with a much better experience than I've had. I have 6 Fords in my extended business and personal fleet.....makes me wonder what the next vehicle should be.....probably not a Ford. I recently purchased a car from this dealership and was told the tire pressure warning light would reset after driving for about 20 minutes. It didn’t. After a week with no update, I followed up multiple times by phone and email and received no response. Driving with an unresolved tire pressure warning is a safety concern, I would not recommend anyone doing business here. More

Then before my scheduled pickup, I was informed that the lease terms could not be honored due to an unapproved interest rate — and that my biweekly payment would now increase by over $200, despite signing the agreement 10 days earlier. Disappointing experience – Lack of professionalism and accountability I purchased a Ford F-150 Lightning from this dealership, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. From day one, key accessories that were clearly discussed and expected—specifically the Ford Mobile Power Cord and Tesla adapter—were missing at delivery. Despite repeated written confirmations from their sales agent that these items were ordered and would be provided, months have passed with no resolution. Worse, after chasing them for weeks through emails and phone calls, the dealership's executive VP now claims these items were never part of the deal and is only offering to cover half the cost—even though they were acknowledged as missing from the start. This is not how a professional dealership should operate, especially when selling high-end electric vehicles. The lack of clear communication, follow-through, and respect for the customer is deeply disappointing. Be very careful with what is promised to you—get everything in writing and double-check what is included before you sign. I regret trusting their word and would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
I bought the Ford bronco sport 3 years ago. I have proof of conversations. The sales manager wouldn't let me back out to get the UPGRADES I wanted and told me he will fight me in court... what??? Since taking the car, I've repaired it multiple times a month for 3 years, the windshield cracked twice, the oil was leaking, coolant leaking, Bluetooth broken, radio doesn't work. Constant warning messages popping up, most recent a FAILURE TO SHIFT message came up and PUT MY CAR IN PARK WHILE DRIVING!!!! which blew my transmission, you think ford helps since this piece of xxxx car did it on its own... We were introduced by the concierge to Randy Critchell to help us in our selection of a used vehicle. After reviewing their inventory and crunching numbers we decided to buy a new vehicle with interest term help us in our selection of a used vehicle. Randy wasn't pushing us towards any particular model but rather simply presenting vehicles and financing rates (a pleasant surprise). We are very happy with our 2024 Corsair purchase. I was in a bind as my work f 150 was having some electrical issues. The at team at White oak Ford did a fantastic job right from the beginning. Scammers. Worst experience ever for dealership. I went to Whiteoak Ford to lease a truck. met with sales person Hubert Ho, He quoted me a down payment of 5K+HS Worst experience ever for dealership. I went to Whiteoak Ford to lease a truck. met with sales person Hubert Ho, He quoted me a down payment of 5K+HST. Their price was too high so I went to another dealership who were offering same truck with 3500+HST down payment with free maintenance for 2 oil changes and doesnt need to buy protection plan because it was 2 year lease. however that dealership dint have inventory. Hubert Ho sales person from Whiteoak called me again and promised the price match. he still tried to add up additional charges which i refused. I signed the deal once we agree on 3500+HST down payment and he asked for deposit of 3000 before even the credit application approval. I paid 3K. They submit my credit application and i received a call from Ford Credit check. Next day i received a call from Whiteoak Finance manager Wajahat again that He want to file the Credit application and during the credit application he asked maintenance plan (600 +HST for 5 oil changes) + protection plan 2K which they did not discuss before signing the deal. i realized that this is a scam. if i buy protection or not, they would still overcharge me at the end of the lease. I received call from Max Careau and I asked to cancel the deal and return my money back. which He refused to do so. More
