Drew is great. Got me in for an alignment for our brand new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. It was delivered to us in poor shape. Pulled to the right. Also the leg extens Got me in for an alignment for our brand new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. It was delivered to us in poor shape. Pulled to the right. Also the leg extension feature for the driver side didn’t work correctly. When we got it back on Friday the alignment was not fixed correctly. It now pulls to the left. The steering wheel is off center still. And the seat issue was not addressed. The tech told Drew that there is a sensor that kills the switch if it feels weight. That bull crap. I tried using it today with no luck. I even tried it without sitting in the seat. Switch still doesn’t work. All the other seat adjustments work fine. More

Drew was excellent. He did everything we asked. I have a skid plate on my vehicle and your service dept ruined the last one on my FJ. They stripped the bolts inside th He did everything we asked. Drew took a pic and showed us. Very Nice guy. However I did not appreciate the scheduling dept. scheduling my appt for 11 am and then my 4Runner was not taken back for the oil change until after 12:15. What is the point of scheduling an appt and then making us more then an hour to start our service? I don't live close so it is a drive to bring my vehicle there. I feel like I get the runaround when I come down for an appt. You should work on getting appts in when they are scheduled. More

Bought a Toyota Camry last year at this place, was young and naive and got basically eaten alive. Salesman lied about some stupid shortage and how I would never be able to find another one for at least a ye and naive and got basically eaten alive. Salesman lied about some stupid shortage and how I would never be able to find another one for at least a year. Fast forward to now, I’m ten grand in the hole on this thing.
