My husband and I had just came from Mall Chevy that was down the road from Elkins Chevy. We left Mall Chevy as the experience was horrible. We were almost tempted entering a Toyota lot until I saw there was another Chevy dealer in our area that we could use. We love Chevy so we’re pleased to see this. As soon as we walked in Elkins Chevy the atmosphere was a complete 180 from what we previously experienced at Mall Chevy. Andrew Alcott greeted us so nicely and got us a sales consultant to help us right away. Andrew continued to check in with us the entire time and helped us find exactly everything we wanted! Andrew checked in with other lots to find exactly what we were looking for. He even found us black rims covers cause we didn’t like the current rims. Russell Stamm was our sales consultant and he was so informative and made you feel very relaxed! I trust Russell and felt like he was finding us the best deal which is something you don’t find easy is car salesmen. He was very honest and working with him made us love Chevy even more! More

As soon as I walked in the door Lori was there to help. She has a very kind personality and although she is very knowledgeable , she does not force anything on you. She helped me all the way until the end when she brought Andrew in to seal the deal. Andrew truly helped us get the best option and guided us through it all. My husband really appreciated Andrew and felt like he had our genuine interest at heart! I live about 45 minutes from this dealership but anytime I need a car I will always choose Elkins Chevrolet! The online sales team helped me link up efficiently with a member of the sales team and close a transaction on a new vehicle with 2 visits, totaling about 3 hours spent at the dealership. Overall, I’d be happy to do business with these guys. They were transparent and efficient. The points of critical feedback which wouldn’t have changed my decision about coming back for business; I would give are a few critiques which are meant to really be for perfection. I verified the final pricing and when I brought the cashiers check I had overpaid by a little over $300 and that needs to be refunded to me. I would have preferred to be given the pricing options of extended warranty and tire/wheel coverage before the transaction was closing since it creates unnecessary pressure. I didn't have time to really sit and think so I declined both, but had I not been pressured I might have chosen otherwise. I had plates on my old car and I'm not sure if they weren't simply transferred to the new vehicle because they couldn’t since it was a PA car and the sale was in NJ. The registration was active and it would have saved me money…I believe, though I’m not certain. More

We located our vehicle online through Facebook and when went to the dealership to view it was as advertised. Russell are salesmen was very helpful, straight forward, and a pleasure to deal with.
