This is a very professional dealership. All sales and staff were friendly and helpful to us in our recent purchase. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Elkins and am happy to refer anyone to this dealersh staff were friendly and helpful to us in our recent purchase. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Elkins and am happy to refer anyone to this dealership. It was easy to locate the vehicle of our interest. Tony Dillard met us and explained the vehicle options to us very well. After our test drive we left to consider our purchase. On return Tony was off that day and Ryan Bradley took over. He immediately explained some questions we had with our vehicle and began the purchase process. He was very friendly and personable. The sales manager, Andrew Alcott made a great deal on our trade-in and rebate/discounts. He is a great asset to the team. We enjoyed our interaction with him and Lisa Hulmes also. All were very professional and knowledgeable and made our visit time minimal and easy. 5 Star organization!! More

I negotiated an amazing deal for my friends Chevy Bolt with Elkins back in February 2020. Then in September first week, I got mine, And in September second week two more! I'm leasing my cars for years now and this has been one of the best experiences ever. They will work with you, for you and provide you with straight up pricing with all the possible discounts that you qualify. I'm fairly updated on lease pricing and and they even surprised me with further discount/rebate that I was not aware of, saving me more money. I worked with Jim Marks (sales advisor), Andrew Alcott (sales manager) and Bob Borman (finance manager) I would highly recommend them if you're looking for the best deal on Chevy and wanting to have a fastest closure and no-nonsense experience (which is a 'rare find' for Chevy dealerships) More
