Working with Lexus of Pembroke Pines was an altogether wonderful experience. We were purchasing vehicles from out of state and received better service from them than from the local Lexus dealerships. Worse dealership sales team ever. Our lease was up on our Acura and we were looking to switch brands to purchase our first Lexus. The sales team was unwilling to negotiate on the pric Our lease was up on our Acura and we were looking to switch brands to purchase our first Lexus. The sales team was unwilling to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. We went through the standard the car costs X what do you want to pay? We wrote down a reasonable offer that is inline with the market and they went back and fourth with us after the sales rep's 3rd offer from the "sales manager" we were still 100's of dollars off. So we walked out of the dealership, the rep came running out to our car knocking on the window "we'll meet your price". as anyone knows one your customer has walked our the door you've lost the sale. We will never buy a Lexus for this one poor experiance. More
