Edson Herrera is an "Angel" in Customer Services, however the dealership processes are a disaster and the wait time even after being announced the time of arrival to buy a Lease is crazy i.e., 2hrs. That is the dealership processes are a disaster and the wait time even after being announced the time of arrival to buy a Lease is crazy i.e., 2hrs. That is crazy when you realize: 1. I am a repeat customer with my 3rd car from the dealership, 2. My lease had all my financial data with Lexus Financial Services, and 3. I had already declared my intent to buy the lease. The minimum I would have expected was to have an appointment type of engagement. If you want to be a luxury dealer you have to act like one and have the processes to back up great customer service across the board. I am giving you 3 stars thanks to Edson Herrara and his great way to manage the situation, otherwise you would get a 1 star. More

I dealt with Aaron for the initial drive and negotiations. Edson followed up with delivery and addressing any issues. Both guys are excellent and know their cars. Both were low key salespeople, which I appreciated. Both knew most of the tech in the car, which has more tech features than I or anybody else needs. The car was promised at a specific date and time. I arrived on time but it wasn't ready. Edson offered to deliver the car to my home the following day. Much appreciated. There were several issues with the sale-- three items I paid for that were not in the car. Edson took care of each one. Some were on back order but they eventually arrived. Good customer service from two excellent salesmen. I was also pleased that the dealership has a tech guy dedicated to answering tech questions on a daily basis. Much needed and appreciated. More

I was able to express my needs and concerns, and they were responsive in addressing them. While there was some initial sticker shock, the salesperson took the time to break down the costs and explain any were responsive in addressing them.
