You need to call Louis Thompson III at Jim Ellis Ford! Having shopped, researched, called a ridiculous number of dealerships, I had done my due diligence. I knew exactly what I was looking for both in my next vehicle and expected level of service. Louis and his team exceeded my expectations! My questions were answered quickly, directly, thoroughly, and respectfully. Louis provided exceptional communication and a personalized experience. He truly lives the Jim Ellis Mission to treat customers as family. I also want to thank Shaun and Andre for their prompt and courteous interactions. I came in stuck on one vehicle, and then they showed me another. and even worked with me a the finance company to make sure I got what features I wanted an at the price i wanted. Denis is going to listen, and he gone do excalty what he say and work with you, and Andri he is going to fight for you to make it happen! I truly appreciate them an everyone else that helped in this process! 10/10 highly recommend. Thats the duo you need! More
