Being a car guy myself, I know a lot about cars but Amit was more knowledgeable than even myself, and highlighted some interesting features about my friends new Focus that would have never crossed our minds. He put every concern at ease, had confidence in his product and level of service, and made a smooth transition to the sale of the vehicle. His friendly, honest, and kind demeanor gave us the comfort level to make a buying decision same day. My friend is definitely not a car guy and was concerned about longevity of the vehicle and it's affordability. Klaus took the time to explain all options available to us regarding the financing, extended warranty, and other products, he was very patient with our numerous questions and my friend purchased an extended warranty, and their rust/paint/fabric protection package. My friend is not one who is comfortable making large decisions on demand but due to Amit and Klaus' patience, kindness, and high level of integrity made it an ease decision on his first visit. On my first conversation with the rep he told me that their price is the best in a 100 km radius and at first i did not believe that to be true but none the less after checking auto traders and other online websites i started to see that he was actually correct by saying so. i purchase a used ford focus today and i feel confident that the price, the car and my safety will me assured for many years to come I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family just on the sale reps personalities alone. I was turned down by my bank (with a cosigner) on Wednesday morning for a car loan. I went on kijiji and started searching for a dealership that worked with people with credit issues. I came across Theo Motors and not only do they help everyone they had the best price for a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta 2012! I called Amit at Theo Motors late Wednesday afternoon- really just trying my luck, not actually thinking I could be helped after being turned down by my own bank. Amit was very knowledgeable about the car and easily answered all my questions. He was also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He then passed me over to Raj for financing. I was certain I would be turned down but thought it couldn't hurt to try. Raj called me within a few hours and I was approved!! And the interest rate was only 5.9%!! The next morning everything was taken care of. I faxed Raj my insurance and he did the rest! Within 24 hours I was driving home in my new car!! Both Raj and Amit were such a pleasure to deal with! No hassles and straight to the point. In addition to this awesome experience I had with getting the car, Raj and Amit noticed a small smudge in the paint (I hadn't even noticed it) after the car had already been tuned up, safety, etested and detailed and I was ready to drive away. Raj insisted I take a $100 gas gift certificate for not noticing and taking care of the smudge. Great people, great business, great car, great experience! I am from Chatham and will drive to Kitchener for my next cars - and I will tell everyone I know to do it too! More

In my search I came across Theo Motors and its there that I found exactly what I was looking for. Being picky I imagine I wasn`t the easiest to deal with, but upon walking into the dealership I met Amit, and he`s a car buyers dream salesman, he was patient, polite, and knowledgeable about all vehicles, not to mention funny which made my shopping experience that much better. I didn`t have a definitive idea of what I wanted, just knew my price range and that I wanted something sporty...within 20 minutes Amit knew exactly what I wanted and showed me the Mazda 6 I now own. Amazing car and even better price! I`ve had the car for over a year now and anytime I need regular maintenance I go back to Theo Motors, they do my brakes, oil changes, any upgrades I wanted (ex. tinted windows) for great prices and treat me like family everytime I am there! So special thanks to Theo motors and Amit for all the help, I`ll never buy a vehicle from anywhere else....Theo Motors is the only place I trust, and they have proven themselves time and time again. So i walked into this dealership and i was introduced to Amit, i was looking to buy my first car! he spent the time helping me to find a car that would work in the price range that i was hoping for since i Amit, i was looking to buy my first car! he spent the time helping me to find a car that would work in the price range that i was hoping for since i am a full time student and i have a part time job! i was approved for my credit on my own and from that point i was in and out of theo motors looking at different cars that i liked and that would suite my price range! we were at a dead end when Amit helped me out by getting me my First car, he bought this car for me on the tuesday and i drove it out of the lot on saturday! it wouldve been sooner but with my busy schedule and some delays on my end saturday worked out to be best date! i must admit finding a car in a good price range with a good bi-weekly payment can be very stressful! but the Theo Motors crew was able to help me with that! i love my Nissan Sentra and i want to thank Theo Motors for helping me to buy my Very First Car!
