One of the best dealerships in Ontario and we dealt with many before. We want to say thank you to President [ CEO ] owner Mr.Raj Nakara and his son Amit for providing us with great experience in purchasing our car Audi A3. Both of them were very polite professionals assisting us in friendly and positive manner thru the process of buying car. Unfortunately purchased car developed electronic problem shortly after which wasn't result as of any less involvement in final inspection and preparation from dealer. Electronics fails in most unexpected moments. Mr.Raj with many apologies give us his car for use as a free rental for two weeks since part had to be shipped from Germany. [ Just to mention we're living 550 km north of Kitchener]. He even had fuel tank filled up for us. Repair had to be done in Audi dealership and final bill $ 1200 was honoured and promptly paid by Mr.Raj. Most Wanted Cars dealership will be first place we will stop and say Hello on our next trip to Toronto. One week after i received the car there was a small issue i had with it and Amit my salesman was more than willing to go out of his way and have the issue taken care of at no expense to me. Very seldom do people go to extreams to keep there customer satisfied. I will return to this dealership due to there pricing of vehicles and the friendly service i received during the process of buying a new car. Theo Motors were extremely busy the day I asked to come test drive it, My sister and I purchased a 2010 Toyota Yaris mid April and absolutely love it. Theo Motors were extremely busy the day I asked to come test drive it, however they went out of their way to have it cleaned and delivered to the shop by the time I came. From the moment I got there, they provided superior customer service. Amit was extremely knowledgeable and provided with us with all the necessary information. He was more than happy to help us! We bought the car the same night we viewed it (Wednesday Evening) and they had the car ready to go by Friday. I have had no problems since - I absolutely love the car! I honestly could not recommend Theo Motors, a family owned company, more. They made purchasing a car like it should be - exciting and enjoyable :) Thank you Amit! More

However, Amit ass After inquiring about a 2010 Mazda 6 GS I had found on their website I was a little apprehensive considering my bad credit history. However, Amit assured me that they would do everything they possibly could to work with the banks and get me qualified for financing. I then went to the dealership to check out the car and was totally amazed at the condition it was in. The exterior, interior as well as under the hood were all in absolute mint condition and looked more like a 2015 vehicle. Both Amit and Klaus continued to work hard with the banks and after only a couple days I was accepted for financing. Thanks to them, I am now driving the car I wanted and am repairing my credit at the same time. During the process the sales staff made me feel very comfortable despite my credit situation which was really important to me. These guys went above and beyond any expectations I had and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
