This is the first time we buy a car from a dealership, and Prashant helped us out along the way. He was very friendly and professional and made us feel confident about our purchase. I highly recommend him to anybody looking for great service.

"No time respect"
As my first experience, I was told to wait 1 or 1:30 for only A1 service that is only oil change. Unfortunately, they kept me waiting for more than 2 hours in a day that I suffered from really bad headache. I let them know about my situation, but they just apologized and made me wait more.
As you wait here, yoy can easily see and feel how 'time wasters' they are in general!
Michael Gordon was courteous and helpful without being pushy. We were able to get answers to all our questions. A couple of minor problems we noticed with the car at the time of purchase were fixed without hassle.

Just to share my experience with PARKWAY HONDA service center at EGLINTON, Toronto.
They are very unprofessional. I gave my car for service, when I return to collect my car was DIRTY with water droplets on it. FINGERPRINTS of the service guy on front mirror. NO WIPE off the car. Marks on my CAR. I have all the PICS .
When I complaint about it to the team. They said – All the service guys are gone and U have to come back tomorrow to get it done. They dint even bother to get up from his seat and come and see the Situation. I was a loyal customer of HONDA and they lost it.
UNPLEASANT – DISSAPOINTMENT – UN PROFESSIONAL.
