The people at Crest Volvo helped me by getting my car in for the earliest appointment available. I was on the road from Kansas to visit my daughter at Baylor. My service consultant was in touch with me befo for the earliest appointment available. I was on the road from Kansas to visit my daughter at Baylor. My service consultant was in touch with me before 8 the next morning. Ally had an idea as to what was going on. Asked permission to pursue diagnostic evaluation. Great communication they the repair process and then I okayed routine service to be performed as well. Great customer service! My Volvo XC 90 is once again running like a champ. Clean as can be when I picked it up. More
