Been dealing with this great crew since 2010. This year they really stepped it up. I caved in and bought a new 2020 Soul. Totally blown away with this amazing machine. I was pleased to see the renovation of this place. I also am seeing the same faces in there every time I’m in for service or a car wash. I really enjoy going to see these folks.

After looking for my first car for several months, I came across Kia Richmond's posting for the car I was looking for by chance. I went there on a whim and it was by far the best experience I had had thus far. I had looked at 3 other 2008 Volkswagen Golf's, and this one was by far in the best condition. The people I associated with at Kia Richmond were very friendly, accommodating, transparent and I felt the most at ease here than any of the other dealerships or private sales I had been to. Over all, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'm glad that I found the right place and the right people to help me find what I wanted.
