This is second Toyota that we purchased from Handy Toyota. There service is excellent. Ali is a great salesman. There was a little confusion with the transfer of our extended warranty. On our first 2009 Tacoma we purchased an extended warranty for $1275.00. The warranty was for 6 years or 75,000 miles and could be transferred if not used to a new vehicle through Handy Toyota. Last week when going to Handy Toyota to purchase a new Tacoma we found out that the extended warranty from our first purchase was now void due to the fact that Handy Toyota had switched policy holders for warranties. Now with our new 2014 Tacoma the warranty was $2285.00 less $1275.00 (credit given by Handy Toyota from last purchase warranty) totaling an additional $1010.00 for a 6 year or 60,000 miles. This warranty is not as good as the last and has cost us additional money which we were not planning on spending as we were told that our extended warranty would be transferred to a new vehicle at no additional cost to us. More

I have used Handy Toyota for the past four vehicles I have purchased or leased. Ali Kamal is a professional, personable, and trustworthy Sales Representative. I have never felt pressured into making a decision that is not in my best interest and have always felt Ali truly tries to help me in any way he can. He never steers me in a direction that would be a better sale for him. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Ali and know he does his best to fulfill my expectations. In regards to the Service Department at Handy Toyota, the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Appointments are available within a reasonable time frame. Service performed on my vehicles has always been timely and done within the expected time-frame. If any of my vehicles required services that were not expected, I have always been consulted first and given the replaced part for my inspection. If I have a problem I know I can go to them at anytime and get the assistance I need. Overall, a great service department. I recommend Handy Toyota and Ali Kamal to anyone I know that is looking for a new/used Toyota or needs servicing on their existing vehicle. A very good car dealership!! More

Ali came out to hold the door for us in the cold and snow that day when we arrived. Explained what we were looking for, specifically a Tacoma V6.
