I am impressed with Ali's professional demeanor while still remaining personable making the purchase process an enjoyable experience. He was knowledgeable in every aspect of the Highlander and very patient while explaining all of the options and instructions I would need to know regarding my new SUV. In fact, I found all of the personnel at Handy Toyota to be upbeat and professional working hard to make sure customers are comfortable with the purchase choice and making it clear that customer service is a top priority. Paperwork was a breeze as Handy Toyota had everything in order before I arrived. Thank you, Ali, for making it all so easy for me! More

I have worked with Ali in the past and my experience was nothing but outstanding. What I like about Ali is that he is a sincere and honest person. No games here! So when it came time to buying a new truck Ali and the Handy dealership came to mind first. I called Ali and we chose a time for our family and me to come in. We had Ali's undivided attention and just like last time the first thing he did was listen to us. Noticed by my wife, Ali did not just focus on me he treated us all with respect and heard what we all had to say in a relaxed atmosphere. In a low pressure and sincere friendly way he ask how we would use our truck. After explaining the packages and options Ali helped us efficiently narrow them down to what would suit us best. The furthest thing, was selling us something that we didn't need. I might add at this time that Handy's show room is very nice (warm and relaxing) and they had a truck inside where we could touch, feel, and see the options. We are practical folks and Ali sensed that. Come to find out the basic Tundra work truck is better suited for our outdoor life style and it still was packed with nice options and features that I wouldn't have expected. I just love the thought of being able to clean everything including the floors with a wet sponge. The couple things that I wanted, that the truck didn't come with, simply got all worked out through the service department. Including the test drive, we were all done in less that an hour and we new exactly what we wanted. I attribute this to Ali's approach and the environment that Handy provides for him to work in. Later I did my homework and found Handy's pricing to be right in line with other dealerships bottom line. Ali's approach from the very first minute is what sealed the deal; we felt valued and respected. We love our new Tundra double cab work truck! Thank you Ali along with the other Handy Toyota folks for a low pressure, but very efficient experience. Our time on this earth is limited and they made the best use of it. Ali was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars I test drove. He gave me a very fair price for the car I traded in. He searched for the car with all the options requested and called me to let me kno test drove. He gave me a very fair price for the car I traded in. He also checked with Service technicians to see if the winter tires I had just bought would fit my new car and explained to me why they would not be ideal for my new car. Lastly, after I finished the paperwork, Ali explained how to use the options inside the car. I was very pleased with my overall service. More
