Wow where do I begin. We went in to just look at the Highlander and we were so impressed with the over all attention to detail we had to buy from here. All involved were very pleasant and patient in dealing with me and my 78 year old mother purchasing her Tacoma. During the purchase, my mother's insurance company balked at adding this vehicle to her i with me and my 78 year old mother purchasing her Tacoma. During the purchase, my mother's insurance company balked at adding this vehicle to her insurance policy, not believing she would be the primary owner operator. After very lengthy and tense conversation with 3 insurance agents we finally got my mothers company to add her truck to her policy. Ali was very helpful in facilitating this process. Jordyn was great in setting up the blue tooth in the truck to my mothers cell phone. Again, knowledgable and patient throughout the process, being clear and concise in her explanations of the technology to my mother. The nearly 3 hour long process ended well and my mom is happy with her truck. More
