My vehicle purchase experience in this Toyota dealer was once again very satisfactory due to the great support from each of their team members. From my interaction with the general manager, Dan Bortolussi, once again very satisfactory due to the great support from each of their team members. From my interaction with the general manager, Dan Bortolussi, who through his very knowledgeable and honest support guided me to interact with his great team members (i.e., Marque Hoenig as sales consultant, Alex Montes for Sales Manager and Shawn Merrick as Finance director). This resulted on a very efficient vehicle selection and enabled me to go through a smooth purchase experience. It is to be noted that Marque did a great job in helping with the final vehicle selection and once purchased, he took the time to explain in detailed all the vehicle features to ensure any related questions could be answered accordingly. In addition, Alex Montes and Shawn Merrick also ensured that all other areas from the purchase process were satisfactorily covered. I will definitively recommend this dealer to all my friends and I will return for any future purchases. More

This week after seeing a light on the dash, we decided it was time for an upgrade in vehicles so we made our way Friday to Herb Chambers to check out what they had in stock. He is very genuine on his approach. Car shopping ALWAYS feels like a headache. We weren't expecting any miracles. Jack did a lot of running around. Showing us cheaper options, lease options, he could tell that we really wanted this dream car to work out. Between him and Alex Montes we are now driving a smaller option for me, and my husbands dream car comes home with us next week. Your sales team didn't know that my family really needed this win. They worked tirelessly on offers, trade in values, etc. He's already looking for accessories for his new vehicle, and planning trips with the top down.
