I am visiting the area from BC and needed a few things attended to on my vehicle. I used the "Quick Lane" option on arrival. Alex was very welcoming and my check-in was prompt. All items to be done we attended to on my vehicle. I used the "Quick Lane" option on arrival. Alex was very welcoming and my check-in was prompt. All items to be done were reviewed and prices identified. Alex took the time to review my options so I could understand (non-technical). The shuttle service offered was timely and the driver was very personable. Rates are reasonable (and appreciated for those on a limited pension). I would highly recommend this Dealership's Service Department and won't hesitate to use them again (if needed) when in the area. More

We had two vehicles serviced between June 24 and July 03, 2024. In both service times the Zender Service team pointed out future concerns and ones that required immediate attention (our safety was forefront 2024. It is a pleasure to drive a safe vehicle. We even had a little glitch in the process that was handled with professionalism and with customer satisfaction at the top of the list. Thank you, Paige, Alex, Rob, Paul and Rick. We have enjoyed this level of service for about 7 years when Zender Ford Service department fixed a problem that another Ford dealership could not. More
