The Annapolis Service center’s people are among the most receptive and helpfu I have used Mercedes service in UK, Luxembourg and other parts of USA. The Annapolis Service center’s people are among the most receptive and helpful of any location I’ve used. My issue is a roof they repaired on a SLK 2 years ago which has begun to squeak but irrespective one leaves your car with the perception that whatever the issue they will competently resolve it. The service center is also comfortable to wait in, friendly, professional but yet unpretentious and well appointed with snacks and drinks. More
