outstanding My car suddenly started to run very rough and the engine light came on. I called, and as Alex was with another customer, spoke to another representat My car suddenly started to run very rough and the engine light came on. I called, and as Alex was with another customer, spoke to another representative, who told me there was nothing he could do as they were too busy, and make an appointment for a few days. it was OK to drive the car with the engine light on( until it started blinking, then you can't drive it). In so many words, tough, deal with it, nothing I can do for you. He seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. I then called back and left a message for Alex. He returned my call within 5 minutes. when I explained the situation, he said "c'mon in , I will take care of it",which he did immediately. I was in and out within 10 minutes with a loaner, no problem. I feel compelled to comment on the outstanding service provided by Alex. Request him as a service rep. More

Whether is was providing a non-reserved loaner when my routine service required an unknown safety repair and an overnight delay, or accommodating my travel schedule, I rely on Alex for straight information, accurate estimates, and good advice on keeping my car in top condition. On freeway, had mechanical problem! Saturday, while driving south on I-95 heading for Annapolis, had problem with car. Called dealer, spoke with Alex, he arranged to talk me through problem. Got to service, he took care of everything, very quickly, they sorted car and I was back on the road in less than two hours! And, he had the car washed for me! Without a doubt, the BEST service experience of Mercedes ownership. Truly, outstanding, Alex. Greatly appreciated everything! More

True Professionalism I am truly amazed by the world-class service provided by the team at Mercedes of Annapolis Service. I brought in my GL450 for some issues and one of t I am truly amazed by the world-class service provided by the team at Mercedes of Annapolis Service. I brought in my GL450 for some issues and one of the technicians ,Keith, went for a ride along just to make sure everything was captured. The dedication to excellence and professionalism display by my service advisor Alex is always second to none. Alex really cares about more than just servicing my vehicle as demonstrated by him asking about my kids (remembering their names, by the way) each time I come in for scheduled service or with a new problem. Great job, Alex and Keith! More
