I called, and as Alex was with another customer, spoke to another representative, who told me there was nothing he could do as they were too busy, and make an appointment for a few days. it was OK to drive the car with the engine light on( until it started blinking, then you can't drive it). In so many words, tough, deal with it, nothing I can do for you. He seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. I then called back and left a message for Alex. He returned my call within 5 minutes. when I explained the situation, he said "c'mon in , I will take care of it",which he did immediately. I was in and out within 10 minutes with a loaner, no problem. I feel compelled to comment on the outstanding service provided by Alex. Request him as a service rep. More
