30,000 mile maintenance Scheduled my 30 thousand mile maintenance with Family Hyundai and was told when I bring mine in for service a loaner would be available for me since t Scheduled my 30 thousand mile maintenance with Family Hyundai and was told when I bring mine in for service a loaner would be available for me since the job would take 4-5 hours. When I brought my vehicle in my 2019 Santa Fe loaner was there waiting for me. It was the same model vehicle that I brought in for service which I was excited to get since I wanted to test drive one for possible future purchase. My vehicle was ready when promised and I was able to test drive my 2019 loaner for free except of course replenish the gas that I used. Bottom line the whole experience was a win/win for me; the preventive maintenance was done on my Santa Fe in the time promised and I was able to test drive a brand new 2019 Santa Fe for most of the day which I took advantage of. I brought my car in for a slow flat tire. Tom got that fixed and also noticed that my tires were below acceptable tread. He broke out a deal I couldnt refuse and got it done in a jiffy. More

Past Performance is a good indicator of future performance. Tom is Salin is a perfect example of someone that always does his best and succeeds in giving great service. He cares about his customers and that is Tom is Salin is a perfect example of someone that always does his best and succeeds in giving great service. He cares about his customers and that is why we keep coming back. I also want to make special mention of Al Pellizzeri. Al deals with the aftermarket products at this dealership. He sold me the paint protector among other add-ons and they have all paid off. This is a 2009 Genesis. The paint looks as good today as it did when we first bought the car and we have never waxed it. I would recommend this to anyone buying a new car. More
