I did my homework before buying. Family was fair! I had excellent customer service. I was ready for the hard desperate sell, but it was not that at all. Communication is a must! I have to say this first, my car salesman Mayweather was great! He got me in the truck that I wanted along with the price I wanted as well. The downfa I have to say this first, my car salesman Mayweather was great! He got me in the truck that I wanted along with the price I wanted as well. The downfall came about when I had a defective weather strip that needed to be repaired on my "new car". It was suppose to be completed over a few days instead I got a call the very next day saying it was ready! Of course I was excited to return the loaner and get my car back. However, when I get to my car there was still scratches by the weather strip. I asked why that wasn't repaired and they really didn't have a answer. My salesman Mayweather made sure they got it repaired correctly however I had to keep returning when they said it was done and it wasn't. Then the repair guy wasn't there and so on. What happened with this incident was a lack of communication and I informed the manager Jason about this. As a consumer I am going off your word and when y'all don't uphold communicate that. Not the next day when I am already up their but when the issue occurs. While my car was gone my glove box got a scratch on it and that needed to be repaired so of course they promised me one thing and did not uphold the pick up date. Was not able to retrieve my car which they dropped off to my work place until Monday. At the end of the day I just want common courtesy. I was recommended this dealership by a friend and heard great things about them. However, with me they did fall a little short in some areas. In order the compensate for the customer service issues they did give the Armored Car Service Warranty which I appreciated, I just think what needs to be fine tuned is communication and professionalism. More
