The main reason for the 4 stars is the deceptive job of getting me thru the process of buying a car. Both were professional, and got it done quickly. The main reason for the 4 stars is the deceptive pricing that most dealers seem to be doing now. They will list a car for sale at $18,000, then after you agree to buy it, they will say there are add-ons, such as window tinting or security features, that they can't remove. These usually total $1500 to $2000. If they can't be removed, then it should be reflected in the original price! If someone wants them added later, that's on the customer. I find it distasteful. I don't blame the workers, it is a company policy. More
