I feel I am recognized as his customer and he is always positive and engaging when helping me. I never feel deceived or conned into purchasing services I don't need or want. I can ask him anything and get a straight answer about services I might want or issues I could have. Never the "Well, we have to look at it first" answer just to squander my time or respect. I come in and everything that I ask for gets taken care of. Even if the bays are full and my car needs to be there for extended periods of time, I never get the impression that they are "too busy" to help me. I'm to the point where I don't even see my other mechanic, whom I have also been going to for years. I will always wish for every service industry to have a Brian. He is the best example of premium customer service and the reason people will come back. More
