Efficient but long wait. I was pleased with the install but I had about a two and one half hour wait. Also the interior of my vehicle was very dirty and needed detailing. Tag teaming with Ian, Adnan ALWAYS goes above and beyond to provide me with quality customer service. I don't know what I would have done without him! Tag teaming with Ian, these two guys made one of the most difficult situations I've faced with my Nissan, one of the most rewarding. Adnan found a nest in my vehicle and when he informed me (with extra care because he knows I am emotional), he immediately went into problem solver mode, introduced me to Ian (who is THE MOST amazing sales guy I've ever had) and I was in a new car in less than 2 hours. Evan (the twin) also stopped over and checked on me as I was clearly in distress over this whole situation. These guys really saved the day for me! Adnan, Ian and Evan... Bad place- stay away I went to get my oil changed. As I was driving home I noticed my car started making noise which was weird because it doesnt make a sound. I also noticed my guage went from the middle to the left. I got my husband and we checked under the hood. There was no coolant I my reservoir. I had coolant before I went to the shop and someone let my coolant out and did not say anything or replace it. I paid $61 dollars and I dont even trust that a oil changed was performed. Bad place. Would not recommend. More
