Worst service and extreme sell -up I have gone there several times and the people are rude and act like there doing me a favor not proving me with a service that it's paid for... I woul I have gone there several times and the people are rude and act like there doing me a favor not proving me with a service that it's paid for... I would understand if the service was free .... but every time I go I am asked for stuff I don't need and in true honesty is the reason why I will never buy a nissan again or even a VW for that matter.... I am talked down to and I am always treated like if I was stupid or slow... and the only reason I go there is because I have lease.... but I just recently found out any one can do my maintanece as long there ASE certified..... I don't even know if anyone will read this or Even try to do something about it... and if anyone does read this your probably thinking oh well and everything will stay the same... but remember with out customers the whole dealer will. Shut down More

Car drop off I called to schedule a time for our car to get serviced. Adnan was on top of every question I had about what services we needed. He even told me that I called to schedule a time for our car to get serviced. Adnan was on top of every question I had about what services we needed. He even told me that he would inform Luke, who is our normal service associate about what we are needing to be serviced on our Pathfinder. When we showed up the service team was hard at work but at the same time had everything ready for us. The rental car paper work just needed our signature. There was a service tech ready to grab the keys and get the car back in the shop. 2 hours later we get a phone call with an update about the SUV. Surprisingly, the update had good news and advice on what we would also like to be done. Luke gave us assurance that everything was going good and will call when service is complete. Could not ask for more from a service team. Thank you! This is why we choose Tynans to complete services on our Pathfinder. 00 More

Could've done better. I've been taking my vehicle's to Tynann's for 5+ years and this is actually the first time I didn't feel like they took care of my problems. I was man I've been taking my vehicle's to Tynann's for 5+ years and this is actually the first time I didn't feel like they took care of my problems. I was manely concerned with the battery acid residue on my year old car and they wanted to charge me to clean it and check it out. Now I know a year old battery shouldn't be having acid spillage, I just wish they would of at least tested it since I am still under warranty. More

Adnan Hassan was amazing!!! I went in to just get my faulty airbags replaced. It was an early monday morning appt when noone really wants to be at work. Adnan greeted me as soo I went in to just get my faulty airbags replaced. It was an early monday morning appt when noone really wants to be at work. Adnan greeted me as soon as I walked in witha big smile on his face. He got my info, asked if there was anything else he xould help with oil change etc. I mentioned my driver door handle was having issues but was something I would deal with later. He showed me where I could wait, where the snacks and coffee were, the quiet room and pointed out the restrooms. When he returned to get me a little over an hour later (about 45 minutes earlier than I expected) it was with that same amazing smile and friendliness. He even had asked the mechanic about my door handle and gave me a price range for it. The whole place was wonderfully clean and bright. I have rarely been treated with so much kindness anywhere, let alone at a car delearship. Adnan is a rare jewel in the customer service industry and I will be back when I need something just because of him. More
