The finance manager was horrible. He treated me like I couldn’t afford the car. He was very rude and condescending. Never sent the paper to my bank. The bank called him and he never tried to finish it so I can pay the car. When I call the salesperson he shifted the blame on me and the bank. They promised one thing and do not deliver it. I was supposed to get 2 keys with the car.,. Every I called for the second key and no one can tell me what is going on. More

The service was amazing all along the way from the first moment I med the seller Marlon Bouza. Nice young guy with great personality and help me with every question I had! Who was respectful and he didn’t try to push me a car I don’t like the opposite he even told me the cars he think from his opinion I shouldn’t consider. I think great seller need to be real with the costumer and put himself in the shoes of the costumer and he did it big time! The General Manager also was so amazing I forgot his name but I can say that if you think on Toyota so the location in Hollywood is the best by far! Thank you! I love my car! More
