Worse treatment throughout tge entire process! Maher never took accountability. Service dept took the locks off my rims. They never asked if id like it chabged and had I not noticed right away. I would have missed out on that feature I bought the car with. Makes me wonder what else they removed from the car that I didn't notice. In addition, I had to bring my car in 2 Saturday's in a row to get my car serviced then detailed. Because dropping off my car at 7:30am wasn't enough time to do them both the same day... that was my fault! Poor customer service. No one takes accountability and throws fault to the next dept. More

Sonny from service made my experience a living nightmare. I will never deal with that branch or recommend anyone to go to Toyota Hollywood. Sonny’s crew tried to restore a 2007 Camry le as a “as is “deal . I will never deal with that branch or recommend anyone to go to Toyota Hollywood. Sonny’s crew tried to restore a 2007 Camry le as a “as is “deal . In less than three weeks I returned the vehicle because of the sound that was there the entire time. I had no idea what it was from day one when I test drove it. I just believe in the final report and It was unbelievable that Sonny claims it pass inspection. The vehicle was not safe when reversing there was play on the steering wheel when reversing in a parking space. He did not have the guts to ask his tech how bad is it. It should have fail immediately. You can’t pump good money into bad money. The turning point was this vehicle had rod bearing issues a major internal engine failure from a real diagnostic from a professional mechanic outside of Toyota Hollywood about this abnormal noise when accelerating. Sonny’s tech heard the sound but gave the car what it needed to run and pass a so called inspection. Also. for that used car to be on used Toyota market, it is not fair for a customer to wait two weeks on parts from service Thanks to Sonny incompetence and the car should have been failed immediately with that noise that is a no brainer because it was misdiagnosed of engine failure. Either Sonny crew lied to him or Sonny lied to everyone including the sales team. Furthermore for the new Corolla that I purchased, because I had no choice. The sales team showed me a vehicle with the colors black and one blue that I wanted. Then after they said it was unavailable. No sold out stickers displayed on the stock of car displayed.The sales person Romeo should have should confirm that it was in stock before showing me. I paid for two vehicles in two and half weeks horrible experience. That is a loss of money almost two grand and precious time that i will never get back. Sonny from service should be audited and demoted. If everyone has faith in him good luck for the service team for that branch. More

The worst experience buying a vehicle from Toyota of Hollywood. Imagine spending 56k on 2021 X7 and nothing works properly. Push start barely works, need alignment, Tires, air condition, can’t be contro Hollywood. Imagine spending 56k on 2021 X7 and nothing works properly. Push start barely works, need alignment, Tires, air condition, can’t be controlled, the third row seats doesn’t fold down without a fight and car never been maintenance where the car maintenance light came as I was driving back to Georgia. I’m from outta town. I flown to Florida from Georgia to purchase vehicle and I had to drive it back to Toyota of Hollywood for service smh. Car was purchased 4/19 and in been in service eight maixtenance now, I just want this contract void. I haven’t heard from anybody no return calls or nothing. It’s sad cause I did a lot of business with these people before and can’t believe how I’m being treated. It hasn’t been 30 days I just want this contract void or give me another car. More
