I personally dealt with Adam Elkins for my most recent Trail Boss lease and it was the most painless experience ever. Most of the deal was done via e-mail and Adam was always quick to respond to all my questions and made sure in the end I received the best deal possible. You just don't get this type of customer service these days. Adam and his family make sure his dealership is professional and friendly which makes you feel part of the family. Lisa in finance was also very friendly and made the paperwork process very quick and easy. My wife and I are Elkins customers for life !
