Service work was done with speed and quality Service and service representative Adam Denning handled the work that they were able to complete and explanations very professionally. I am satisfied with everything that was completed. Calling to make the service appointment was not a pleasant experience and the work that I tried to schedule was not accomplished,as promised by the woman on the phone. She insisted that I come on Friday and that the work would be done. This work was not completed and the parts were not available for the work. I was not called and informed that when I arrived on Friday, desired work would not be done, and parts would not be available for at least a month. She should have, at the very least , called and informed me, as it was at her insistance, that I come on Friday, March the 22nd. More

Professional, courteous and expeditious coupled with affordable pricing. Currently, Kevin is my service representative and I know that my car is in capable hands. I'm rest assured that I will get a phone call if something is out of the ordinary and of concern with either vehicle. My daughter and I need our vehicles to get to school/work and I trust Kevin and his team to assist us in getting there on a daily basis & safely. I truly appreciate the service department who ensures I'm able to stay successful. More

Wonderful service I needed an oil change. When I got to the dealership they told me there was also a recall on the passenger air bag and offered to do it while my Jeep I needed an oil change. I keep coming back. I have bought two cars from Findlay and brought both my trucks here for service over and over. We love the coffee machine and comfortable lounge while I have bought two cars from Findlay and brought both my trucks here for service over and over. We love the coffee machine and comfortable lounge while we wait for services. I've also used their shuttle service a few times when services were going to take a little while. I like being able to talk to the mechanic and get feedback about my vehicles and upcoming services I should plan for. More
