This was literally the BEST car buying experience I’ve had in a LONG time! Everything was done and ready to go when I arrived, the staff was super easy to work with and the price/value of the new car/trad had in a LONG time! Everything was done and ready to go when I arrived, the staff was super easy to work with and the price/value of the new car/trade was more than reasonable! I went in looking for a pre-owned X7 and walked out with a brand new one from the showroom (my first experience with this as well). I will most definitely use them again for future purchases. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how much FUN the entire staff made our visit, as well as being super sweet and inclusive of my 12 year old son. It’s hard, or at least awkward, talking face-face, especially about an important purchase, while wearing a mask, but they made us quickly forget we were even wearing them and business was just business. I love my new car more and more each and every time I get in it or see it in the parking lot! It’s pristine and a xxxx of a machine! I NEVER thought I would leave Mercedes...but here I am...a BMW girl! Thank you Ferman BMW, you guys are incredibly awesome! Alex, you were amazing and we love that you’re German (so appropriate), and you definitely know your stuff, which unfortunately a lot of car sales people don’t know squat about what they’re selling! Aaron, I would’ve bought 10 cars if it meant I got to listen to your North Carolina accent all afternoon :) There’s always a million papers to sign, no way around that, but you made it quick and easy, which we appreciate! Alan...you amused me more in 10 minutes than I could’ve hoped for in a lifetime! There was also a very sweet woman in an office along the back of the showroom (I didn’t catch her name), but she let me use her computer to register my new vehicle, gave my kid candy and provided a really nice casual conversation, that during a pandemic I haven’t experienced much of. There was also another gentleman that handles vehicle setup, in addition to just helping you learn about the spaceship it feels that you now own. He was great, created a very user friendly environment (I’m NOT tech savvy) and managed to teach me most of what I needed to know in less than 20 mins. The entire experience was refreshing and most importantly reestablished a lost trust that car buying doesn’t have to be the work of Lucifer himself! Thank you all, truly!!!!!! Amanda C. More
