David Soto was very easy to work with, responsive, and friendly. We couldn’t find what I wanted on the lot or at the distribution center, so we put together a custom order. Only unfortunate part of my new car experience was the finance manager; Aaron Cox...nice enough guy, but he was a little too persistent on pushing excessive wear and tear and various other protections. At one point Aaron said that BMW is different because you can’t return a lease with any damage/wear...this is patently false. In sum, I would definitely go back for my next vehicle purchase/lease. More
