The sales woman Rosie was phenomenal, knowing the car was for my 17 year old gran & exceptional customer service throughout the entire sale process. The sales woman Rosie was phenomenal, knowing the car was for my 17 year old grandson who’s a responsible young man yet was still undecided. Everyone throughout the process went above and beyond and I’m beyond thrilled to see this young man in basically a brand new A3 Audi. In my personal option? Audi is the only automobile I would drive if I didn’t drive a full size truck. Aaron who handles the paperwork probably went home with a headache from listening to me, but he does know his stuff. Thank you also to the finance ( I think) manager who’s name I forget for making this happen and getting the kid to the payment he wanted! All around EXCELLENCE at its finest! More
