I scheduled appointment to have antenna replaced on my 2013 Ford Fushion. Arrived on time for appointment. Shortly after dropping off car, I recieved a call from advisor that part was not in stock and nee 2013 Ford Fushion. Arrived on time for appointment. Shortly after dropping off car, I recieved a call from advisor that part was not in stock and needed to be ordered. Obviously no communication between schedulet and service department. I was told that I should have called parts department for availability. Almost $1000.00 for repaired needed to schedule another appointment! I loved that car and it had very low mileage! No more! Traded it in for a Honda at another dealership. More
