In most service centers, diagnostics adds up to repair costs when the service is used, but they charged me repair costs separately from diagnostics and I was not informed about the cost before the repairs were done, and Ivana lied to the manager that she informed me, even when I confronted her, she refused to answer the question. kept us late into the evening without remorse.
