A very good experience - highmileage
I visited Dilawri Chevrolet Buick GMC several times over the course of a few weeks and every time I entered the building someone greeted me and asked if I needed help. I was looking at a used Mazda CX-5 and was introduced to Roberto Urbisci. Roberto was very helpful, not at all pushy and made an excellent first impression. Judging by the appearance of the vehicle—very clean outside and in, and shiny new rear brake pads and rotors—I could see that the dealer had already checked the vehicle over and prepared it for sale. There's nothing more disappointing than to test drive a car that a dealer doesn't want to invest a dime in, that's dirty, smells bad and has unrepaired damage, worn brakes or other issues. This was an absolutely gorgeous vehicle which drove perfectly and was immaculately presented. Roberto was very helpful and professional in all of my dealings with him, he gave me a fair price for my trade and I felt that he was honest and straightforward with me. Needless to say I bought the CX-5. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Véronique Crevier on the closing of the sale and financing. Véronique was very thorough and seemed to care very much that I, as a valued customer, got everything I was supposed to and that everything was in order prior to delivery. She informed me of options like warranty and service plans, but didn't pressure sell them. Everything that we agreed to was honoured, and there were no unpleasant surprises in the final paperwork. When I arrived to pick up my car I was introduced to Emanualle Seguin Levesque, who transferred my plates to the new vehicle and did a walk-around with me to make sure I was satisfied that the car I'd test-driven was still in the same condition. Emanuelle offered to answer any final questions I might have, and I was on my way. I should add that, when I picked up the car it was later in the evening and the service department was closed, so Véronique said I could make arrangements to pick up my spare key the next day. I was a bit nervous about this because keys for push-start cars are expensive and what if they lose it or forget about it? Well, when I arrived to pick up my key, I was greeted cheerfully by three different people who all seemed to know that I was coming to pick up my key! What a great experience. No regrets whatsoever. I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review to make sure there were no issues with the vehicle but I'm happy to report that it looks as good and drives every bit as well as it did when I test drove it. I have given this dealer 5 stars and I would buy a vehicle from them again without hesitation. A few notes for other dealers who might read this review: Always greet the customer when he/she walks in the door, and offer to help. Always prep. your vehicles and make them look ready for delivery before you have an agreement of sale. This makes your customer feel valued; That you care about the impression you make. Don't waste time lying or shifting numbers around on the paperwork deceitfully—be honest. And finally, treat your people with respect and dignity and they will work hard to make you look great. In conclusion, a very commendable job to the staff at Dilawri Chevrolet Buick GMC. Merci beaucoup et joyeuses fêtes!

Brought my car for emergency work. First time customer. Last time customer. Car was returned to me filthier than before, improperly fixed - have had a series of issues since, and 40% more expensive than quoted. 40%!! This experience has ended up costing me a fortune.

Le service laisse à désirer, lors de la vente et de la signature du contrat le vendeur et le directeur omettait de dire beaucoup de choses ce qui cause des surprises souvent mauvaises . Et le service après ventes, difficile d’avoir des reponses et resultats rapidement .

The salesman (Michael Gioia) offered me a good end of the month deal. However since the sale did not take place at the end of the month, deceptive measures were used to recoup the "good deal" that was originally agreed upon, and short cuts were taken in resolving repair issues. Their finance guy, (Patrice) told me he added an extended warranty, however, he neglected to mention the cost. I then spoke with the salesman, who also neglected to mention the cost and who later told me that he doesn't know the cost of an extended warranty. When I did finally find out about the cost, I was then told that it was included in the price. Turns out that they used word semantics to mislead me into making the purchase. I was led to believe that the cost was all included in the price, it was not really included in the price that we agreed upon. I only learned the depth of their deceit when I arrived to sign the documents. Ultimately, I took the vehicle because it was a good deal, but was not very happy with the sales experience. I was so upset, that I left there with a splitting headache.
Disrespectful and unreliable. - Never return customer
I went to this dealer because a family member who had been using their service for years. Unfortunately, the experience is far from satisfactory. My husband ordered the type of tires I want for my car, and was to go in on a Tuesday morning to change it, and a basic inspection. On the day, I was informed when I supposed to pick up my car that the tires did not arrive, and I can return on Thursday and the tires will be changed. On Thursday, I returned, the car was not ready when it supposed to be, I waited for another half an hour, and then I was in a rush and did not check the tires. During my drive home, the car was kind of unbalanced, swining from left to right, and then I noticed that the tires were winter tires. Who use winter tires in Quebect on 5th Setpember especially this year the summer is so hot. Called to complain the next day, and was told the service representative decided to give that type of tires to us. That is so disrespectful. I am the customer who is spending the money, and it is up to me to decide what type of tires I want. I was then told that they have to order the tires and I have to call on next Monday to check if the tires I want arrived. That only show one thing, the service staff has not ordered the tires on the first place, as it was supposed to be ordered way before I went in to change the tires. This type of service is unacceptable and not worth the money and hassles.

My experience was the worse nothing was done write then on the final sale they made a mistake in the numbers an i ended up paying for it big time. I would not send my worse enemy to this place. And i for sure will never go back

I searched Canada for 2016 GMC Acadia black on black SLT with low milage. Found one at a Quebec GM dealership called Grenier GMC Buick. So I made contact with dealer and salesman (Jean) I was told by the sales man (Jean) this was a clean Suv no accidents and in excellent shape and is a GM certified used car (150 point inspection and warranty) The car had not been cleaned,dents all over body and a dented rim. Grenier GMC or Gm refused to honor any of the commitment of a certified vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM GRENIER GMC!

My son bought a used car from this dealer. The price was good. But the after sale service is totally horrible. He bought the car in February and we are now the middle of November and they still have not fixed the problem that we showed them the day he bought the car. They always have a excuse. Just terrible! Plus it is my son's first time buying a car. Nice impression!

Not equipped or have experience for 1981 Corvette - Vetter
Even though the car year and work to be done (4 Wheel alignment) was emphazied when apointment was taken. The service specialist on the phone told they were ok to do the work and that this was the best place to have work done on the Corvette and that the price was 89.95. At the shop once the alignment was started on the vehicule and some adjustments were done, the service man told me that since the toe in-out needed adjustment for the right rear wheel it was not part of a "normal" alignment for those years and that there would be extra charge. This was not what the person on the phone had stipulated. Ended up costing $320 with taxes. The dealer is not equipped to do alignments on the older Corvettes because they had to go on 2 different lifts to be able to dis-assemble parts.
