Booked an appointment to visit a vehicle through sales service at Acura Brossard only to find out on the date of visitation that the vehicle already had a reserve on it and no further call back to let me know if the sales went through.Waste of my time.

By far the worst customer experience I've ever had:
1. Unilaterally canceled an appointment, and I was not informed - until I showed up for the appointment.
2. Parts changed without my authorization.
3. Winter tires not returned - despite invoice indicating that they had been placed back in the truck of the car.
4. Told to pick up the tires, even though it wasn't me who forgot to return them to me in the first place.
Beware of this dealership, and the shoddy service. Recommend that anyone avoid it.
