To be fair, I did not buy my car here, but I did, or rather used to, take my car here for service. After a disagreement over serviced rendered and paid for that did not fix my issue (Which I found out by testing the car myself) I was asked to pay for more service and parts which I argued against.
I took my car to an Acura Dealer because I thought they know what they are doing, not guessing and replacing parts until the issue is resolved. Mistakes are made everyday, but if the repairs leave the car as it was before, then perhaps they were not necessary. So refund that before asking me to pay more.
The service manager was very rude when I kept arguing the point. I did end up with a refund, but the customer service experience left a black mark. Their customer relations was not any better. If they don't value the customer, then a bad review is the least they should expect.
