The service I received was was excellent I felt really welcomed and was actually listened to I wasn't in the postion to have alot of options but they found something thats worked perfect and I got more then i thought was possible. I didn't feel pressured into making a choice I was not 100% happy with it is a big decision and I was guided each step of the way everything was explained out so I understood what was happening. I would highly recommend Kate and her team and their wonderful customer service it was a great experience
Terrible customer service, reluctant to fix safety recall - Toyota
Terrible service. I took my car for an oil change and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes, no one came out to help me. Finally a truck pulled up out front and two guys walked in with fast food bags and one of them said "Is anyone helping you?" and I said "No and I've been waiting for ten minutes", he said "What can I help you with then?". He didn't apologize for the wait or anything and didn't seem to care I was waiting so long.
My car also had a recall for the ignition switch which killed several people in the United States. I asked him about it and he didn't seem to want to fix it for some reason. He was smiling (sort of laughing in a way) at me when I was asking about it. He said "well have you had any problems with it? I don't think we have the parts in to fix it". I felt like saying "No when I have a problem with it, I'll be dead."
I also remember 4 or 5 years ago I had an oil change done at this dealership and I dropped my car off at 9AM and I went back at 1PM to pick it up and the oil change still wasn't done. I finally got my car back around 4PM for a simple oil change.
So I will never go back to this dealership ever. Very bad customer service, very rude, very unorganized and they seemed very reluctant to fix a safety recall and this concerns me.
