Would recommend Marsh Motors to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Just purchased a new dodge larimie and the service I received was 2nd to none. From the salesperson,financing,parts dept and chating with steve a few times ,gota say you all made me feel as if I was one of your own! Thanks again!!

Won’t fix manufacture defect - TS
I never rant on here but here goes . Back in October myself and Melissa had a new 2018 dodge ram truck delivered to us from LAKEVIEW CHRYSLER in Gander at Goobies on a very foggy and rainy day. Of course we were like two kids in Santa’s work shop at the time and even though we did check out the truck and noticed that the tape on the back bumper was peeling off and I thought, well that’s nothing lots of warranty . So we sign the papers and are on our way cruising and singing back over the highway once more . So we get home, park in the driveway with our friends waiting for us to see our new truck and they all notice the ripples going back through the side of the box which was visible now that the truck is DRY !!!!!!
So I call the dealership and they work with us but say that the truck was inspected before it left and it all looked fine so my reply was how come you never noticed the tape peeling off the bumpers or not to mention that the HEADLIGHTS FOG UP ALSO . So after a week of going back and forth with LAKEVIEW and CHRYSLER CANADA I brought the truck back to LAKEVIEW IN GANDER and had the head lights replaced which started to fog up again before we left LAKEVIEW and pictures were taken of the damage and we where told by the manager Kevin it was a ripples in the box and they would be contacting CHRYSLER to get this this fixed. He also told us that we would hear back from them in at least 3 days! Well it’s been weeks now and all We have been getting is the run around and the manager at LAKEVIEW Mr Kevin who we have left several messages for by myself and Melissa won’t even return our calls to let us know what is going on. I have spoke to CHRYSLER and they told me that they are waiting on LAKEVIEW and so on. My question is how come it takes so long to fix a manufacture defect in a new truck. My other question is who did the PDI on the unit at the dealership and never noticed all the defects? I guess it was raining that day also and it was hard to see in the rain....the same as the day 4 people who checked it out before it was delivered to me . I have had the quotes done on the truck and there is over $1000.00 of damage ....MANUFACTURE DAMAGE done to the truck and can’t get it fixed . I worked at sales for 15 years and always kept communication open with my customers as I was trying to help them. That way they don’t get tired of getting the run around and have to resort to bashing on social media which I never do and don’t like doing but I am tired off all this . Anyway please SHARE THIS POST TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT EVEN MANUFACTURE DEFECTS ARE NOT COVERED ANYMORE SO BUYER BEWARE of LAKEVIEW CHRYSLER in GANDER!!
Extremely Ridiculous Service - Ramowner
2017 booked an appointment for brakes due to pulsation at 19000 kms. Dropped off vehicle and returned at the end of the day and charged 84 dollars to be told there is nothing wrong. Argued to no avail. Warranty covered to 20000 on Brakes. No resolve
July 8 2018 called and spoke to service manager about being told I am a liar with 40000 kms on truck and told they would replace my roters and we’re sorry for the Miscommunication. Went to drop off truck and caught the owner wiping off the back tailgate getting ready to put a sticker on it. Told him I do not want any bumper stickers on my vehicle to which his reply was if you don’t allow a sticker you are to be red flagged and not allowed to return Will not honour any warranty and was treated very poorly.
I will never return to Royal Garage again nor will I ever reccomend them. Piss poor service... cheap defective parts This wasn’t my only issue. Also have 6 plugs in my tires and the last time they done an oil change they never tightened up the filter and oil spilled out in my driveway. Luckily I caught it in time.
Call consumer complaints and no issues resolved. Currently waiting on a response from the CEO of Chrysler Canada but I won’t hold my breath.
Platinum sheild Protection module - JeffNf
Brought vehicle to the dealer to get platinum shield protection module checked as light was not on. They checked the issue and said the module needs to be replaced. It could not be done that day because it had to be approved by the manufacturer of the module. I live 500 kms from dealer and when I purchased the vehicle I was told there is a local garage in my community that does minor warranty repair for them. Asked if they could send module out and get local garage to install. Service manager said this cannot be done because the local garage has never installed one and pictures would need to be taken. The work involved consists of plugging the module in to an electrical plug and mounting on a strip of Velcro. Doesn't get much minor than that. In regard to pictures I would think this could be done by almost anyone. This is the second one I had to get replaced in 5 years and the dealer installed and checked the wiring twice now. will not purchase here again.
